At The Intimate Wellness Institute of Virginia, Dr. Nathan Guerette (a fellowship-trained, board-certified urogynecologist) leads a team dedicated to restoring function and advancing women’s health. When you refer a friend or family member to our institute, you are facilitating access to evidence-based, expert care that prioritizes anatomical restoration, functional improvement, and long-term wellness.

The Circle of Care is designed to address the longstanding tendency for women to deprioritize their own health. This program supports normalization of discussions regarding pelvic health, aging, and hormonal changes, and encourages proactive, preventive medical care.

In recognition of the trust our patients place in us, we introduce The Intimate Wellness Circle of Care—a program that translates appreciation into tangible benefits for those who advocate for advanced, patient-centered care.

How It Works: Wellness Reward Points

As a demonstration of our commitment to patient wellness, we offer Wellness Reward Points. These points serve as a means to invest directly in evidence-based services that support pelvic health and functional restoration.

There is no restriction on the number of Wellness Reward Points you may accrue.

• Each qualified referral results in a $50 credit in Wellness Reward Points.
• Five qualified referrals result in $250 in Wellness Reward Points.

Wellness Reward Points are credited to your account automatically upon completion of the referred individual’s initial appointment.

Investing Back Into You

Wellness Reward Points are not redeemable for cash. They represent an opportunity to reinvest in your own health through medically indicated services.

Points may be applied toward eligible wellness services that support:

• Hormonal balance
• Pelvic floor health
• Sexual wellness and comfort
• Preventive care and healthy aging
• Aesthetic treatments

What is a Qualified Referral?

A referral is considered qualified when all of the following criteria are met:

1. The referred individual is a new patient to The Intimate Wellness Institute of Virginia.
2. The referred individual schedules and completes an initial visit or treatment.
3. The visit or treatment is a self-pay service (not billed to insurance).
4. The referred individual identifies the referring patient at the time of scheduling or check-in.
5. The qualifying visit includes payment in full for the eligible service.

Program Guidelines

• Circle of Care Reward Points MUST be redeemed within 12 months after being awarded, or they will expire.
• Points are non-transferable.
• Points have no cash value.
• Points cannot be used on outstanding balances.
• Points are applicable to self-pay services only.
