Introducing the Circle of Care
For too long, women’s health has been a quiet topic. Many women have learned to put up with hormonal changes, discomfort, and pelvic floor issues without speaking up, often putting others’ needs before their own.
At The Intimate Wellness Institute of Virginia, we have seen what can change when women start speaking up. Today, we are excited to launch the Circle of Care, our new patient referral program.

The Power of the Inner Circle
When you talk about your experiences with a friend, sister, or coworker, you do more than give advice. You help make conversations about intimate health normal. You help break down the stigma around aging, pleasure, and hormones. Most of all, you show other women that it’s okay to put their own well-being first.
We believe real care starts when women support each other. Our practice has grown because you trust us, and your friends trust you. We want to show our gratitude in a real way.
Welcome to the Circle of Care
We started the Circle of Care to celebrate the community you help build. To thank you for inviting other women to join, we are offering Wellness Reward Points.
Wellness Reward Points are like your own wellness currency. For every new patient you refer who completes their first appointment, you’ll get 50 Wellness Reward Points (worth $50).
There’s no limit to how many points you can earn. Refer one friend and get $50. Refer five and get $250.
An Investment Back Into You
Wellness Reward Points aren’t cash, but they are meant to give back to you.
You can use your points for eligible self-pay services that support your health, like treatments for hormones, pelvic floor, sexual wellness, and healthy aging. Whether you choose hormone pellets or advanced therapies like Emsculpt NEO and Emsella, your points are here to help you.
Learn More and Start Earning
You can care for yourself and others at the same time. We invite you to join a community built on trust, compassion, and proactive care. So, if you know someone ready to put herself first, we are ready to welcome her to the circle.
